Nose
The first nose expresses the freshness of Chardonnay and the greediness of Pinot Noir. The nose is open and intense. It is very greedy throughout the tasting. In full-bodied glasses, it evolves towards more candied fruit, ripe pear, dried fruit and toasted almond.
Mouth
The palate is generous, with a rich attack of gourmet black fruit and marzipan. The wine's texture brings balance and accompanies the effervescence to its salty finish.
